Returns and replacements

If a book arrives damaged in transit or has missing, repeated or misprinted pages, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost.

If you receive a different title or edition from the one you ordered, we will arrange a pickup and send the correct book. You do not pay for either shipment.

Because books can be read and copied, we cannot accept returns of undamaged books after delivery. You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is shipped.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a bank account you share with us.
